Cancellation Policy

I understand that a situation may arise where it becomes necessary for you to be late or cancel an appointment. In fairness to all of my clients, I have arrived at the following policy in regard to cancellation: 24 hours advance notice - no charge. If cancellation is less than 24 hours notice: First time - No charge, Second time - No charge, Third time - 50% of fee charged, Four or more times – Full fee charged. ** PLEASE NOTE: At this current time I am only seeing vaccinated clients, or if unvaccinated please alert me that you will provide proof of a negative Covid test within 3 days**
